Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during your assigned shift.
- Lead and motivate a diverse staff team to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations to ensure quality control.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with management on supply orders to ensure the facility is fully equipped.
- Enforce all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and key management.
- Assist in training new hires and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred; management experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting and walking.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and hotel management software is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
