Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in/check-out services, and handle guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate daily records using hotel management software.
- Shift Coordination: Lead morning, evening, or overnight shifts, ensuring all operational standards are met and team members are supported.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Monitor room status and coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for arrival or turnover.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, including monitoring surveillance systems and handling emergency situations calmly.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in inventory management for the front desk and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights, as part of a rotational schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, POS, and property management software (PMS).
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
