Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing department to drive occupancy rates and promote special events.
- Monitor and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related luxury hospitality role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Associate degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
