Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement staff training programs to elevate service standards
- Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Lead team meetings and foster a positive work culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Florida Hotel Manager certification preferred
