Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff training
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency
- Resolve guest concerns and implement service recovery strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Monitor room inventory and optimize occupancy rates
- Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Implement upselling techniques for premium rooms and amenities
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with team management background
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ohio State Hotel & Lodging Association certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in revenue management principles
- CPR/First Aid certification required
