Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into the property management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone coverage and mail distribution.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks, adhering to security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must be available for immediate start.
