- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and answer all inquiries with a smile.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally, ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
- Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage reservations systems, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints immediately, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality and a strong desire to help others.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
