Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and occupancy rates
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budget compliance and optimize revenue streams
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with vendors and local businesses for partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience with 2+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in improving guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems (Opera, PMS)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nebraska hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
