Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance against budget targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of Opera/Fidelio property management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Food Manager certification preferred
- Experience with luxury or boutique hotel operations preferred
