Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Manage and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy
- Handle VIP guest experiences and special event coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona hospitality management certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
