Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure 5-star service delivery
- Monitor budget adherence and optimize revenue streams
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory systems
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Arizona hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
