Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Manage housekeeping operations for weekend guest room turnovers and public area maintenance
- Coordinate with dining team for weekend brunch/lunch service support
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as needed
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services during weekend arrivals/departures
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
