Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage and train front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets to maximize profitability.
- Lead shift schedules and ensure 24/7 coverage during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
