Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, P&L statements, and operational strategies to maximize profitability.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless communication across all hotel functions.
- Enforce all company policies, health and safety regulations, and luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language; bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of budget management and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
