Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Deep-clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid COVID-19 vaccination required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts
