Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead, mentor, and train staff across all departments
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and events
- Resolve escalated guest issues with exceptional service
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Virginia hospitality certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
