Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and a smile.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Monitor room cleanliness standards and coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready on time.
- Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, acting as the primary point of contact for guests.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and manage cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for hotel functions.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security measures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact positively with diverse guests and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat, professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
