Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and weekends.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Enforce strict hotel policies, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Train and mentor new hires to uphold high service standards and operational excellence.
- Conduct morning briefings with the team to discuss daily priorities and challenges.
- Assist in inventory management for front-of-house supplies and amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related customer service role.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
