Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ staff members across front desk, housekeeping, and guest services during assigned shifts
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with diplomacy and efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations during shift transitions
- Monitor inventory levels and approve operational expenses within budget
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings with team
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with shift work background
- Proven conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Experience preferred)
- Louisiana Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
