Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless guest service standards.
- Manage front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams during shifts.
- Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, security measures, and compliance regulations.
- Conduct shift briefings, schedule staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Resolve operational issues on-site to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
