Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens
- Stock and maintain room supplies while adhering to inventory control procedures
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols and cleaning standards established by the company
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Provide excellent customer service during guest interactions
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
