Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to work flexible schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred
