Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts (morning/evening)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in luxury/resort settings
- Proficient in Opera/PMS systems and hotel management software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Virginia Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
