Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest services during assigned shifts
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance coaching, and quality assurance
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Train new staff on hotel systems and service procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Boston hospitality knowledge preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
