Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of the front desk, including managing reservations, processing payments, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Shift Coordination: Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage for our guests.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Property Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; College degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for Entry Level positions.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
