Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out desks
- Assist with room assignments and key management systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Perform light housekeeping and public area maintenance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
