Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (day/night)
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and VIP requests
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/hospitality supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
