Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/out
- Maintain clean, organized guest rooms and common areas
- Prepare and serve meals in our dining venue
- Operate reservation systems and handle guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Team player with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to work location
