Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations during assigned shifts (overnights/weekends)
- Train and mentor 5-7 guest service associates on service standards
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Process check-ins/checkouts using property management systems
- Implement emergency procedures during critical incidents
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
- Strong knowledge of Orlando tourism attractions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift
