Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and security teams during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train and mentor new staff members on hotel operations
- Perform daily audits of cash handling and guest transactions
- Collaborate with management to optimize shift schedules and workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in shift-based environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if required for errands)
