Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Lead and mentor 10-15 hospitality staff members
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service experiences
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules
- Manage inventory and operational budgets
- Train staff on safety protocols and brand standards
- Generate shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Texas hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including holidays/weekends
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera)
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
