Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 staff members during assigned shifts (evening/night)
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all hotel departments
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor inventory, safety protocols, and operational standards
- Coordinate with departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Train new staff on SOPs and customer service excellence
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/hospitality management experience
- Proven shift supervisory or team lead background
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/nights/holidays)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Hotel property management system proficiency
- Florida Food Handler & Alcohol certifications preferred
