Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas to 5-star cleanliness standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Adhere to hotel security and safety protocols
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues to engineering team
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for room turnover optimization
- Follow sustainable cleaning practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency required
- Background check and drug screen required
