Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations during assigned shifts (overnights, weekends, holidays)
- Train and mentor front desk agents on guest service standards and emergency protocols
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for high-volume periods
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with revenue management tasks during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish fluency a plus
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
