Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members, including concierge and bell staff
- Resolve complex guest issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain 95%+ satisfaction
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols during shift transitions
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and amenities
- Execute emergency procedures and maintain safety standards
- Generate shift reports and communicate critical information to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in premium properties
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure peak periods
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hotel management software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
