Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS software
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license (preferred)
