Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Maintain pristine guest room standards and common areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (if F&B role)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
