Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Maintain pristine room standards through thorough housekeeping
- Support food & beverage operations in dining areas and events
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Complete shift handovers with detailed notes
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (if F&B role)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
