Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during peak shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adapt to rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
