Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping rotations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest accommodations
- Maintain cleanliness standards across all public areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments during peak shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Valid New York State hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
