Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
