Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy rates
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance revenue
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Tagalog highly valued)
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
