Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during hotel functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
