Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and room coordination
- Maintain immaculate facility standards through regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, empathetic solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and attention to detail
- Train and mentor new team members on hospitality protocols
- Participate in revenue optimization initiatives and upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card and ServSafe certification
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
