Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and maintain property cleanliness standards
- Assist with event setup and execution for conferences and weddings
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with maintenance team for swift issue resolution
- Train new staff on hotel policies and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler's certification (if applicable)
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
