Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards across all areas
- Utilize property management systems for reservations and billing
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years full-time hotel experience required
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with team collaboration mindset
