Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in all hotel departments
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Operate front desk systems and basic hotel software
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy
