Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with room preparation and maintenance to ensure cleanliness standardsRespond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel policies

Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
