Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with personalized solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all brand standards and local regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in full-service environments
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of teamwork and attention to detail
