Responsibilities
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food service operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor new staff on hotel standards and procedures
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate maintenance requests and emergency protocols
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift handovers
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia Food Handler certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
